La Trobe University in partnership with the AFL and the Victorian Department of Health is inviting senior players (18+) to take part in a study about concussion.
Share your thoughts, knowledge and experiences around concussion and the AFL Concussion Guidelines. Your feedback will improve concussion education, reporting and management strategies.
What is involved?
Complete a 10–15-minute survey with an optional – small discussion group for those interested.
Your participation is completely voluntary and confidential. Your club, league or the AFL won’t know if you take part or what your responses are.
We would love to hear from you – your voice matters in making footy safer for everyone!
If you would like to discuss any aspect of the study, please contact the chief investigator Brooke Patterson (Phone: 03 9479 3843, Email: b.patterson@latrobe.edu.au).
The study follows the ethical guidelines of the National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia and has been approved by La Trobe University’s Human Research
